Dear Pumpkins

It´s been nice hanging out with the huge pumpkins today at Hank´s Pumpkinstown in Hamptons.

Pumpkins have been a significant fall harvest crop over 5000 years and has a range of proven health benefits, rich in vitamins and minerals but low in calories. Pumpkins seeds, leaves, and juices all pack a powerful nutritional punch.

Actually, there are many ways pumkins can be incorporated into desserts, soups, salades, preserves and even as a substitute for butter.
