SUP Paddle

Early, in the morning, before the wind picks up and the water are calm and tranquil, is the perfect time for stand up paddle boards. Paddling on a quiet cove, induce relaxation, and calm-ness within. We are moving and feeling good.

To be an island hopper, is a nice way to travel along, waiting for our sailing yacht to be registered in The Norwegian Ship Registre. Today, we visit the historic waterfront district New England, Connecticut.

La Luna is blazing in her bright glory. On this night, the moon was in a waning phase. The Northern Hemisphere´s Harvest Moon has passed. So rest your beautiful light.

Long Island Beaches

Cooper´s Beach in South Hampton is a wonderful place. The beautiful beach with clean white sand dunes is so smooth and free of rocks and seaweed.

Summer Wind

Home sweet home…….

“Summer Wind” is my new home for the time being. The sailing yacht is located in Sag Harbor, in Hamptons New York where the new journey begins.

The Hamptons, on eastern Long Island´s Fork, is a string of seaside communities known as a summer destination.

It´s marked by long stretches of beach and interior of farmland, towns and villages with 18th-century shingle buildings and estates hidden behind tall boxwood hedges.

The beautiful, well-located village Sag Harbor was settled sometime between 1707 and 1730. On the South Fork´s north coast, this historic hamlet has a strong maritime flavor that stems from its history as a whaling port.

Sag Harbor offers wonderful water views and perfect sunsets, just love it!
